The Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Program (WTFP) is a state-funded program, financed by Massachusetts businesses, for the purpose of providing resources to employers to better train Massachusetts workers.

The Workforce Training Fund Program consists of three programs: the Hiring Incentive Training Grant Program and the Express Program (both administered by the Division of Career Services) and the General Program (administered by Commonwealth Corporation on behalf of the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development).

Upcoming Information Seminars & General Program Grant Workshops

Businesses interested in learning more about the WTFP are invited to attend an informational seminar, which will provide an overview of each program, the amount of available funding and instructions on applying online. For those interested in the General Program, the workshops provide a comprehensive review of the application process and information on developing a successful training plan. For a list of upcoming seminars and workshops, visit the WTFP website.
