The Models to Successfully Transition Adult Learners to Community College grant is funded to help support the development and implementation of creative strategies and services that will lead to an increase in the number of adult learners (in Department of Elementary & Secondary Education-funded Community Learning Centers) who successfully matriculate in and complete certificate and degree programs at community colleges in Massachusetts.
