DESCRIPTION

This is a trainer manual used by trainers to teach nurse assistants and home health aides about End of Life Care. This manual accompanies the student manual, End of Life Care. This training is activity based and participants are encouraged to share in the training process, to talk about their own relevant experiences if they choose and to ask questions.
