DESCRIPTION

The National Skills Coalition prepared this report for the Skills2Compete-Massachusetts campaign, as part of the national Skills2Compete Campaign. This report examines the Massachusetts economy and the current gaps in the skills of the workforce. Massachusetts' Forgotten Middle-Skill Jobs focuses on "middle-skill" jobs - those that require more than a high school diploma but less than a four-year degree - and how middle-skill jobs represent the largest share of jobs and future job openings.
