The <a href=\"https:\/\/commcorp.org\/pt\/program\/re-entry-workforce-demonstration-grants\/\" data-outlook-id=\"98f79305-d49a-4447-a12d-0ebda926e23e\">Programa de Demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o de Desenvolvimento da For\u00e7a de Trabalho de Reentrada<\/a> is aimed at supporting the Healey-Driscoll Administration\u2019s efforts to provide job training and placement programs for individuals who are re-entering their communities after incarceration.\u00a0<strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The target population for this program includes individuals who will be released from incarceration within 60 days of the program&#8217;s start date, those who were released no earlier than 12 months prior to enrolling in a program, or a combination of both. Grant applications will be accepted from partnerships that have demonstrated experience, success, and current capacity in providing occupationally focused training and placement programs for formerly incarcerated individuals.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0Commonwealth Corporation is seeking proposals that demonstrate the services would result in job placements, as well as 30 days of placement retention for participants by the end of the grant period. The Request for Proposal is now open, and interested organizations are encouraged to apply through the May 13, 2024, deadline.
