Commonwealth Corporation invites you to Inside Equity, an in-person event for Massachusetts employers and workforce training providers who are committed to strengthening the workforce and ensuring every worker has access to opportunity. Through panel conversations featuring partners under four CommCorp grant programs, you’ll gain actionable insights into implementing equitable training programs, supporting employee upskilling, and strengthening community partnerships.
Participants will hear real examples of how organizations are expanding access to training for immigrant workers, youth, individuals impacted by the justice system, people with disabilities, and others who are often overlooked in career development.

Panelists will share how they’ve built career ladders, increased language access, and designed inclusive upskilling opportunities that strengthen both employees and employers—while embedding equity at every step of training, implementation, and partnership development.

Across Massachusetts, employers and community organizations are transforming the workforce by opening doors for people who have long been left out of opportunity. With support from the 残疾青年就业计划 和 Re‑Entry Workforce Development Demonstration grants, organizations like NECAT (New England Culinary Arts Training) 和 Partners with Youth with Disabilities are advancing inclusive training strategies that expand access, promote upskilling and career growth, and strengthen partnerships between employers and communities. The discussion will highlight how these initiatives address barriers to employment, provide holistic supports, and ensure that both workers and employers thrive through more equitable workforce development practices.
