The Commonwealth Corporation Foundation is seeking a full-time Early Education & Child Care Fellow to help advance the Governor’s Interagency Early Education and Child Care Task Force initiatives.

This one-year Fellowship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of public policy, philanthropy, and systems change — helping to scope and launch innovative pilot projects that support early educators, child care providers, and families across Massachusetts.

The Fellow will collaborate with internal teams and cross-sector partners on efforts such as:

  • Designing stipends for Early Education & Child Care training participants

  • Expanding the Business Front Door for providers

  • Exploring grant programs that support housing for early educators

  • Advancing new pilots connected to Task Force recommendations

Starting Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 plus Employer contributes 13.2% of gross salary to a 401(a)-employee retirement plan. (Vested 100% on day 1 of hire)
