The Re-Entry Workforce Development Demonstration Program (RWDDP) is an initiative of the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development which works to improve workforce outcomes among individuals returning to their communities after incarceration (i.e. returning citizens)
This program aims to increase the number of formerly incarcerated individuals successfully placed into career tracks and sustainable wage employment opportunities. We are creating a statewide network of industry-focused training programs with expertise serving this population—no matter what region of MA a returning citizen is released to, there will be re-entry support. This program will also increase the number of Black & Brown-owned and operated business partners, community-based organizations, and training partners applying for and receiving funds to work with this population.

The program is administered by Commonwealth Corporation. The following legislative report describes the administrative functions of the program and client outcomes.
O Programa de Demonstração do Desenvolvimento da Força de Trabalho de Reentrada (RWDDP) é uma iniciativa da Secretaria Executiva do Trabalho e Desenvolvimento da Força de Trabalho, liderada pela Secretária Rosalin Acosta. O programa apoia os esforços do Governador Baker para melhorar os resultados da força de trabalho entre os indivíduos que retornam às suas comunidades após o encarceramento (ou seja, cidadãos que retornam). O programa é administrado pela Commonwealth Corporation, que é supervisionada pelo Escritório Executivo de Trabalho e Desenvolvimento da Força de Trabalho. Este programa de subsídios é financiado através de uma Lei Geral de Apropriação no Orçamento do Estado do Ano Fiscal de 2021 (FY21) (7003-0150).
