Among other activities, we:

  • Administer the Workforce Training Fund, a trust that each year awards $20 million in incumbent worker training grants to companies.
  • Administer YouthWorks, Massachusetts’ subsidized youth employment program.
  • Coordinate education and workforce activities for the state’s juvenile justice system.

Total compensation for the internship is $4,650 spread over bi-weekly payments.

No, you do not have to live in or near Boston to participate in our internship cohort. Working in a hybrid work organization, your internship will be remote. But, you must resident in the state of Massachusetts for the duration of the internship.

Our Fall 2024 Internship Cohort runs September 16th through December 6th. Interns work a total of 20 hours per week between Monday to Friday.
