The YW Training and Program Development Support Intern will support the design and development of the program’s signature Signal Success curriculum and other program-related training initiatives as well as research virtual learning trends to assist with building the foundation of the program’s Virtual Learning body of work. This role will be working closely with our Research and Policy Director to conduct quantitative and qualitative research tasks to inform program design and understand trends in the labor market.
