See how CTI is expanding access to hands-on training, connecting unemployed and underemployed adults to high-demand careers, and strengthening talent pipelines in construction, manufacturing, and the skilled trades across the Commonwealth.

This report highlights the impact of Massachusetts’ investment in workforce pathways, with nearly $70 million awarded to date through CTI. In 2025 alone, grants were awarded to 34 Chapter 74 vocational technical schools, supporting 4,600 individuals in preparing for careers in automotive technology, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, welding, and more.
