El cambio ocurre. Express ayuda.

Change happens. We live in a time of constant flux and uncertainty, affecting virtually everyone and everything. New technologies and new opportunities emerge and compel businesses to adapt to keep up with changing conditions. Now, more than ever, employers need to invest in their workers to equip them with the skills they need to thrive in a transforming world.

*”COGS” stands for Certificate of Good Standing from the Massachusetts Department of Revenue (DOR). DO NOT pay for or obtain a Certificate of Good Standing from the Secretary of the Commonwealth as it will not be accepted.

**Certificates of Compliance can be obtained through the Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance (DUA) Unemployment Services for Employers portal. Click here to learn how to get yours. All Certificates must show the business’s full legal name and FEIN, must explicitly verify their Workforce Training Fund contributions, and must not be expired on the date of application submission.
