Program Operations Intern

How much do interns get paid?
Total compensation for the internship is $4,650 spread over bi-weekly payments.
Do I have to live in Boston?
No, you do not have to live in or near Boston to participate in our internship cohort. Working in a hybrid work organization, your internship will be remote. But, you must resident in the state of Massachusetts for the duration of the internship.
How long is the internship?
Our Spring 2025 Internship Cohort runs January 6 – March 28, 2025. Interns work a total of 20 hours per week between Monday to Friday.
Do I have to be a college student to apply?
No, this opportunity is open not only to college students and recent graduates but also to individuals in career transitions or exploring new career paths.
Can I earn college credits?
Yes, depending on your school’s internship policies and guidelines!
