CommCorp does not contribute to Social Security; however, in lieu of such contribution, we pay 13.2% into a 401(a) for your retirement, period. No match required, no waiting period—we do it because we appreciate our employees.
Everybody needs time off to recharge their batteries. We offer 3 weeks accrued paid vacation per year, 2 days accrued of paid personal time, 12 paid holidays, and 12 days of sick time per year!
