Data Security Statement

Internally CommCorp utilizes a combination of secure file servers hosted via Microsoft Azure and Microsoft SharePoint for data storage. The security measures we have in place are industry-standard firewalls, managed endpoint protection, Multifactor Authentication, managed & monitored access control via Datto RMM solution, and security policies for permission access to the shared files. We also implemented user account lockouts, a password security policy & restricted access based on location, annual end-user cyber security training, security assessments, and vulnerability testing.

CommCorp likes to partner with suppliers and vendors that operate with the same or similar values around lawfulness, ethics, and integrity that CommCorp does. This Data Security Statement does not apply to websites accessible via hyperlinks on CommCorp websites. 

Neighborly

Neighborly Software data and platforms are hosted in Microsoft certified FedRAMP data centers located in the United States. The platform includes advanced security features like strong passwords, two-factor authentication, and multiple invalid login attempt lockouts. The system database is dedicated to HireNow and all data is encrypted at rest and in transit.  Secure authentication and authorization are executed through Microsoft identity management, and regular security assessments, vulnerability testing, and SOC compliance audits are completed to ensure system security.

Accenture

Security is embedded into the core of Accenture’s business through policy, process, and education supported by leadership and a workforce that puts security first.  Accenture teams ensure Information Security (IS) and Data Privacy (DP) through a variety of means including assigned Account Information Security Lead and subject matter experts responsible for IS and DP implementation and compliance management, specific controls established based on levels of security required, technology in place to monitor data transfer and storage, and regular reviews of regulatory compliance with DP frameworks.  In addition, all Accenture employees are required to regularly take IS and DP training, including courses on managing data, mandatory ethics training, and compliance training.
