Panel 2: Inclusive Training for Employent Pathways

Moderator

Across Massachusetts, employers and community organizations are transforming the workforce by opening doors for people who have long been left out of opportunity. With support from the Employment Programs for Young Adults with Disabilities and Re‑Entry Workforce Development Demonstration grants, organizations like NECAT (New England Culinary Arts Training) and Partners with Youth with Disabilities are advancing inclusive training strategies that expand access, promote upskilling and career growth, and strengthen partnerships between employers and communities. The discussion will highlight how these initiatives address barriers to employment, provide holistic supports, and ensure that both workers and employers thrive through more equitable workforce development practices.
