Hands-On Training and Employment

We introduce youth to culinary basics as well as how to safely work within a professional kitchen. Our culinary programming provides youth the opportunity to learn culinary skills through hands-on training, as well as be employed in professional commercial kitchens and for catered events. Training and experience vary by program; read more information below.

Exclusive Kitchens

Our culinary programming provides youth the opportunity to learn culinary skills through hands-on training, as well as be employed in a professional commercial kitchen. We introduce youth to culinary basics as well as how to work safely. They then work right alongside our professional kitchen staff to prepare and serve meals, execute functions, plan menus, and more. This real-world work experience allows them to gain workplace skills, build self-confidence, and set goals for success before transitioning into mainstream employment.
